Thomas Grafton is a closer! For him, it's not the size of the commission but the thrill of the sale. Kearney Real Estate's motto, "Let's get you home!", takes on a twisted and darkly comedic tone in this short satirical sketch about tackling the housing situation head on.
The premiere of The Sale was at the Lake County Film Festival , and the international premiere took place at the International Comedy Short Film Festival in Vienna, AUSTRIA in June, 2009. Next screening is in New York City at The NY Blackout Film Festival.
